The invention relates to an automatic machine for shaping food products. It consists of rows of food product supports mounted on a barrel: by a succession of rotations, these supports present the products to working stations where the following successive operations are performed: admission of the product, shaping, fixing of the shape and ejection of the product on an outgoing conveyor belt. The present machine according to the invention is particularly intended for putting a curve into bakery- and delicatessen-type food products such as croissants and the like. <IMAGE>
