The tractor-drawn agricultural machine, with a cleaning roller drawn behind a rotary harrow, has a seed drill mounted behind the roller. This is supported between two counterbalanced arms so that it can be swung upwards into a position clear of the ground when not required. Each arm carries a balance weight alongside the driving cab and is operated by a piston and cylinder above the rotary harrow. The two arms are connected by a cross member, the connection point for the operating cylinder being behind it. The pivot point is at the top of supporting brackets in front of it.
