Specific torsion is possible along the length of the strip components (6). At each end of their ends is a holder component (9, 10) to support end parts. At one or more points in the strip component central parts, there are distance components (16-19) between the strips. The strip compartments are displaceably arranged relatively to each other in their longitudinal direction, so that the reciprocal spacing between them is maintained when the joint is bent across the strip plane. The strip components together define a movable bending axis for the joint which is adaptable to the anatomical joint axis for the body joint to be supported. |
