PURPOSE:To increase bonding strength between the oscillation plate and other piezoelectric elements and to decrease specific resistance at the time of using by bonding and burning piezoelectric material powder whose particular diameter is 5-44mum of the same material on the piezoelectric material surface in the sheet state. CONSTITUTION:After the piezoelectric material is formed by doctorblading or extrusion, it is formed into the sheet state. Then, the slurry which is made by adding binders such as polyvinyl alcohol and water to a piezoelectric material powder 13 whose particle diameter is 5-44mum with the same composition, is applied on a piezoelectric material 12 in the sheet state by the sponge roll, and after drying by sending wind at 30-50 deg.C, a raw sheet 11 is obtained by punching it in the disk state. Then, the raw sheet 11 is piled and mounted on a burning jig 14. In addition, after burning it at 1,150-1,200 deg.C in the condition that a burning jig 15 is mounted on the uppermost layer, the electrode such as silver or nickel is provided on both surfaces of each piezoelectric sintered body obtained by peeling-off by baking or plating. After that, polarization processing is executed, and the piezoelectric element having suitable surface roughness on the single surface is obtained. |
