In a process for the pneumatic conveying of a blowable extremely fine-grain gypsum-based construction material composition having a coarse-grained sweepings grain from above ground to underground for use, it is proposed to use as sweepings grain a calcium sulphate dihydrate originating from flue gas desulphurisation systems, the calcium sulphate dihydrate being first dried, briquetted and them comminuted corresponding to the required grain-size distribution.
