PURPOSE:To eliminate thickness change near the corner of the inside of a waveguide and the reduction in the rigidity and also tha need for the metal coating process to the inner face or to simplify the process by laminating a reinforced plastic material to a metal mold having a prescribed shape, curing and forming it and shaping the metal mold while leaving at least >=5mum. CONSTITUTION:After an RFP raw material is laminated to the metal mod of a prescribed shape and cured and formed, the metal mold is shaped while it is left by at least >=5mum. For example, eight high elastic carbon fiber unidirectional prepleg sheets are wound on an aluminum-made metal mold (40.04X20.04X 300mm. in outer diameter and 20X10mm. in inner diameter) with 0 deg. and 90 deg. of mutual lamination, a release cloth, a pleater cloth, and a breather cloth are overlapped and placed in a vacuum pack 3. The overlapped clothes are applied with curing processing while being placed in a pressurized heating furnace for 2hr at 120 deg.C under 4kg/cm<2> and degased. The inner surface metal mold of the hollow body is applied with machining and processing, polished, and the thickness of the metal mold is left for 40mum and also applied with horning processing up to less than 6.3S of surface coarseness and silver plating processing is applied finally. |
