PURPOSE:To eliminate image fogging at the part of additional information which is copied together with an original image by composing a display part for the additional information of transmission type liquid crystal, and coloring the surface of a scale plate which faces a display part in white or a color conforming with sensitivity characteristics of an image carrier. CONSTITUTION:The display part 26 is made of the transmission type liquid crystal positioned on the top surface of an original glass table 2 and the reverse surface of the scale plate 25 facing the display part 26 is painted in white to form a white part 76. Light from the exposure lamp of an exposing device 4 during copying operation is transmitted through the part except the display contents of the display part 26 and reflected by striking the white part 76 of the scale plate 25. This while color is the same as the ground color of original information mounted on the original glass table 2, so the part except the display contents of the display part 26 is white, i.e. the same as the ground color of the original information, so that the image fogging of a copy image in the ground color of the display part 26 is never caused. |
