PURPOSE:To simplify the device constitution and also to attain ease of control method by outputting an electric control signal having a different DC power application time from a control means and driving the drive means intermittently so as to switch a prescribed state and keeping the state after switching by a holding means. CONSTITUTION:Through the time control of microcomputer 34, a time T1 is counted at high level and when an output from an output section 34C is brought into a low level, a transistor 32 is turned off, an absorbing force of a solenoid plunger 26 is released, an arm pin 24a is pressed into contact with a cam pin 22b and a base arm 12 is stopped regardless that there is a force restoring to the intermediate position by springs 17, 18. A magnetic head 15 contacts strongly a response message tape 9 in this state and a pinch roller 16 is pressed contact with a capstan 2 while clipping the magnetic tape, then the magnetic tape is run in response to the drive of a motor 6 so as to bring the mode to the reproducing state or the recording state. |
