A cable pulling-in winch having a cable drum which can be driven by a drive device and is supported in a framework and onto which a tension cable can be wound, furthermore having a tension-force measuring device which measures the respective tension force in the tension cable and produces an overload signal if the tension force exceeds a maximum value, a tension-force measuring apparatus being arranged between the tension cable and the cable, an electrical cable being guided in the tension cable, and a signal transmission device being arranged between the cable drum and the framework in order to transmit the signals in the electrical cable to a receiving device on the frame. <IMAGE>
