In a blueprinting machine for flat blueprinting material, which comprises a developer chamber and an afterheating roller arranged behind the output end thereof, there is arranged between the output end 5 of the developer chamber 1 and the afterheating roller 7 a deflecting device 21 for optionally guiding the blueprinting material around the afterheating roller 7 or directly to the front or rear (arrow 28) of the blueprinting machine. As a result, heat-sensitive material, in particular polyester film for making the second originals can be moved out of the blueprinting machine along a special path without being deflected around the afterheating roller 7. Both paths can be used successively for the blueprinting material without interruption of the flow of work of the blueprinting machine by means of the switchover device 21. <IMAGE>
