PURPOSE:To record securely additional information in a copy image even when an original different in size is used by deciding on the area where the original is mounted, and positioning the additional information displayed on a display part in the area where the original is mounted on the basis of the output of a decision means. CONSTITUTION:A scale plate 25 is mounted above the left end of an original glass table 2 and the display part 26 of liquid crystal is arranged between the scale plate 25 and original glass table 2. The display part 26 is connected to a central processor to display the additional information on the display part 26, and when an original size detection sensor detects the size of the original and transmits it to the central processor, a pulse motor 80 is driven to move the display part 26 through a wire 83 into the original area, i.e. to the position where the additional information is recorded on copy paper. When the size of the original is varied between A3 and B4, the display part 26 is moved to a position (a) or (b) associatively and the additional information is recorded together with original information. |
