PURPOSE:To reduce the number of parts and save the space by using a display part for additional information as the original stopper of an automatic original feeder. CONSTITUTION:The liquid-crystal display part 26 for recording the additional information is provided adjacently to the left end of the original glass table 2 of a copying machine provided with the automatic original feeder together with a scale plate 25 above body in one body. Then the display part 26 and scale plate 25 are moved up and down in one body by an operating member such as a solenoid, and an original to be copied on the original glass table 2 is positioned accurately by abutting on the display part 26 at the upper position where the reverse surface of the display part 26 is aligned to the top surface of the original glass table 2, so that the display part serves as the stopper. It is moved down after copying operation to the lower position where the top surface of the scale plate 25 is aligned to the top surface of the original glass table 2, so the original after the copying operation is discharged to left by sliding on the top surface of the scale plate 25. |
