PURPOSE:To copy both additional information and an original and reduce the size and cost of a recording device by providing a liquid-crystal display part for additional information near the part where original information is mounted, and performing the spot exposure of the display part during original exposure. CONSTITUTION:A scale plate 25 is mounted above the left end of an original glass plate, and the liquid-crystal display part 26 is provided between the reverse surface of the scale plate 25 and the top surface of the original glass table 2. When a data and other additional information are entered into a copy image, a desired display is made on the display part 26 with the print key of a console panel and a spot exposure lamp 83 which performs the spot exposure of only the display part 26 is provided together with an exposing device 4 for the original image, so the original and an electrostatic latent image corresponding to the display part 26 are formed on a photosensitive drum by the exposure lamp 80 and spot exposure lamp 83 of the exposing device 4.
