PURPOSE:To simplify the reception job of a personnel acting for a personnel in charge of order by transmitting a message informing the elapse of reception period from a voice generating section provided to a telephone transfer device after automatic response to an incoming call at the outside of the reception period so as to avoid telephone transfer. CONSTITUTION:A transfer start data and a transfer end data, that is, a transfer period is set and stored to a transfer period set section 412 by a period set data. No transmission command information is outputted to an information line (e) at the period other than the period set and stored in the transfer period set section 412 with the transfer period set operation. After a contact 408 is closed, since the 1st period set data is not received in the standby time, a control section 403 opens the contact 408 after the elapse of the said standby time is awaited, and also a contact 407 is closed so as to connect a subscriber telephone line 7A and a voice transmission section 410. Moreover, a start signal of the voice transmission section 410 is transmitted on an information line (c) from the control section 403 and then the voice transmission section 410 is operated. |
