PURPOSE:To attain excellent separation of a high frequency signal and a DC signal and the structure of ease of assembling by forming the titled device with a metallic body provided incorporatedly with a high frequency circuit unit whose electronic component is mounted on the 1st insulation board, the 2nd insulation board where through-holes are drilled to parts formed with earth pattern and a metallic projection opposed to the through-holes. CONSTITUTION:Lots of electrodes 2 connected from the side end face to the surface and the rear face are provided around the 1st insulation board 1 made of ceramics, and the high frequency circuit unit 4 is constituted by forming the high frequency circuit pattern on the surface, connecting various electronic components 3 thereto. A DC circuit pattern 6 is formed on the surface of the 2nd insulation board 5 made of a phenol resin. The electrodes 2 and the DC circuit pattern 6 are soldered to the 2nd insulation board 5 and the plural high frequency circuit units 4 are fixed. Then the high frequency circuit units 4 are connected by a conductive chip component 10 and electronic components and then the high frequency electronic device 11 is constituted. |
