PURPOSE:To certainly detect a minute amount of a component with high sensitivity, by detecting a specimen component after migration after labeling the same with a deriving reagent. CONSTITUTION:At a preparation finished stage, a constant current is flowed between a terminal electrode tank 5 and a leading electrode layer 9 to separate specimen components in an electrophoretic tube 1. At the point of time when all specimen components are separated, valves 3, 7 are closed while valves 4, 8 are opened and a moving phase solution feed pump 6 is operated. Whereupon, each component is fed to an ultraviolet absorbancy detector 10 while a separated state is held and detected on the basis of absorbancy and monitored. The components are succeedingly flowed into a post label apparatus 11 and a reagent pump 14 is operated on the basis of the monitor result to inject the reagent into a capillary tube 12 a and labeling is performed by deriving reaction. |
