PURPOSE:To enable to measure deviation of position of sticking a reinforcing ring to a turntable by inserting a detector having an outer diameter slightly smaller than the diameter of a center hole into the center hole of the turntable, and detecting the state of lifting of the turntable by ascending motion of the detector. CONSTITUTION:The detector 21 is lowered to the center hole 2 of the turntable 1 positioned by a pedestal cylinder 20 having a diameter smaller than the diameter of the center hole of rotation of a floppy disk, and inserted and raised. Deviation of position of sticking of the reinforcing ring 3 to the turntable 1 is detected by discriminating whether or not the turntable 1 is lifted or even when lifted, falls down at once by own weight of the turntable 1 by a reflection type sensor 22. By this way, measurement at accuracy of 1/100-2/100mm. becomes possible.
