PURPOSE:To allow automation of assembling operation by forming the connection between the electrode of a vibrator and an outer lead-out terminal into the structure which does not need the lead wire by utirizing a conductive ring which also plays the role of a spacer. CONSTITUTION:The outer circumference part of a vibrator 22 abuts on an annular-stepped connecting part 11d of a metallic case 11 and is supported. A conductive ring 23 is arranged on the outer circumference part of the vibrator 22. A back cover 24 is arranged so that is close the opening of the metallic case 24 and a conductive film pattern 24b on the lower side is also arranged facing a conductive film pattern 22d on the vibrator 22. Therefore, an electrode film (the one side electrode) 22c of the vibrator 22 is connected to an outer lead-out terminal 16A of the one side electrically through the conductive film pattern 22d, a conductive piece 23b and the conductive film pattern 24b on the lower surface side. On the other hand, an oscillation plate (the other side electrode) 22a of the vibrator 22 is connected to an outer lead-out terminal of the other side 16B electrically through the annular-stepped connecting part 11d of an annular side wall 11b of the metallic case 11, the circular side wall 11b, a free end 11e and a conductive film pattern on the upper surface side 24c of the back cover 24. |
