A separator that uses heat is equipped with an exhaust pipe in an evaporation furnace. A distilling area is located outside of the furnace. Waste liquid is separated by heat in the separator, and is poured into the distilling area. High concentration materials precipitate to the bottom by the heat separation. Water vapor, which remains, is evaporated by the heating burner.
