The invention relates to a detachable holder, which can be adapted to different widths of sliding roof openings in motor vehicle roofs, for a roof spoiler. The adaptability is achieved in that the angular arms of attachment brackets, which can be fixed to the air-guiding surface of the roof spoiler, have an oblong hole for an attachment screw to be guided through. In addition, a spacing element which rests against the inside of the air-guiding surface is provided at the free ends of these angular arms.
