PURPOSE:To align a plurality of bobbins automatically by constituting a fan- shaped inserting guide in an upper section, a floating preventive means formed to a movable piece in an intermediate section and an alignment section temporarily held together with an elastic bottom plate in a lower section to the opposite surfaces of a fixed piece and the movable piece supported by a spring. CONSTITUTION:A wire-wound bobbin 3 held to a chuck is held and extracted by pawls 31 through the movement of arms 32, 33 for a manipulator 19, and fed into a pre-alignment mechanism 20 while its attitude is kept. In the mechanism 20, the bobbin 3 is pushed in toward a lower section from a fan-shaped inserting guide 37, and brought into contact with a floating preventive means 38 and further inserted downward against the elastic force of a spring 42. The bobbin passes through the preventive means 38, and the bobbin is held temporarily in an attitude at a time when it is fed in at the position of an alignmnet section 39. The bobbin 3 is pushed into a groove 46 in a silicon cartridge 45 up to a predetermined position by a pusher 47 for a feed mechanism 21. |
