PURPOSE:To improve the control performance by changing over a split valve from the vapor side to the cooling water side to regulate the valve opening when the temperature in a reactor can reaches a prescribed value. CONSTITUTION:The upper/lower limit value of an internal temperature indicating and warning meter 21 indicating the internal temperature and of a jacket temperature indicating and warning meter is used for sequence control and a set temperature from a jacket temperature setting device 22 is given to the 3rd contact of a switch 9'. Moreover, a manual operating device 24 receiving an outout of a switch 18 is added. In increasing the temperature of a reactor can inner temperature to a prescribed value, the switch 18 is changed over to the position of a vapor valve opening operating device 20 to keep the vapor valve 12 to a prescribed opening, and when the warning meter 23 detects the upper limit value, the switch 9' is changed over to the position of the setting device 10 and the switch 18 is changed over to the position of the controller 17 respectively to attain the automatic mode and fixed command control is attained. When the warning meter 21 detects the upper limit value of the internal temperature, the valve is closed entirely, the switch 18 is changed over to the position of a cooling water valve opeing device 19 to open a cooling valve 11. |
