PURPOSE:To make an anchor pullable out in an easy manner without entailing a by deformation in the anchor, by spouting a flow of high pressure jet water to the anchor embedded in the seaded from upside and thereby softening earth and sand on the seabed surrounding the anchor for removal. CONSTITUTION:High pressure jet water produced at an anchor rolling ship 2 is fed to an injection device 10 set up in position slightly upward from the seabed through a hose 9. The jet water is spouted out of plural injection nozzles 10a, siftening earth and sand around an anchor 1 embedded in the seabed for removal. Afterward, the anchor 1 is pulled up with an anchor hoisting winch 3. With this constitution, the anchor is made so easily pullable upward, thus pulling up the anchor is performable easily without entailing any deformation in the anchor.
