PURPOSE:To prevent residual mist from generating and enable to sufficient humidification by a constitution wherein the air to be treated is blasted with high humidity hot air in a mixing chamber and, after cooled and re-heated, supplied through a filter to a room to be subject to temperature controlling and humidity conditioning. CONSTITUTION:The air to be treated 3 is introduced through a prefilter 1 and a preheater coil 2 into a mixing chamber 8. A part 11 of the exhaust from a room to be air-conditioned 6 is also supplied to the mixing chamber 8. A part of the air to be treated 3 is lead in a high humidity hot air generator 14 in order to be turned into high humidity hot air, which is lead to the mixing chamber 8 in order to be mixed with the air to be treated by being jetted from nozzles 15. After that, the resultant treated air 3 is removed its residual mist therefrom through a cooling coil 16 for controlling dew point and a reheater coil 17 and, after being heated again, lead through a blower 4 and a filter 5 to the temperature-controlled and humidity-conditioned room 6. Due to the constitution as mentioned above, the residual mist is removed, resulting in enabling to sufficiently humidify.
