PURPOSE:To effectively perform the torsional-torque absorption between a flywheel on an input shaft and the front cover of a torque converter by radially interposing a leaf spring on which the direction of width is directed in the direction of axis center. CONSTITUTION:A flywheel 3 is fixed onto the top edge part of a crankshaft 2, and the boss part 7 at the center of the front cover 6 of a torque converter 5 is freely inserted into the center hole 8 of the flywheel 3, and the front cover 6 is connected to the flywheel 3 through a joint part 4. Said joint part 4 is constituted of a leaf spring 50 which has a nearly rectangular form and is arranged in nearly radial form. The leaf spring 50 has an elliptical hole 51 at the upper edge and a circular hole 52 at the lower edge, and a group of springs is formed by superposing a plurality of the leaf springs. One edge of each group is connected to the flywheel 3 side by a pin 53 inserted into the elliptical hole 51, and the other edge is connected to the front cover 6 side by a pin 54 inserted into the hole 52.
