PURPOSE:To enable the control of the die opening-closing speed easily though the mold is changed by memorizing the moving acceleration/deceleration position of a moving disc of A die clamping mechanism into the equipment itself by teaching to control the die opening-closing speed based on the position thus memorized. CONSTITUTION:Points P0-P3 indicates acceleration/deceleration point positions of a moving disc 2. P0 shows the position of closing dies 8 and 9, P1 the position where the dies 8 and 9 are opened slightly losing contact therebetween, P2 the position of stopping the moving disc with the dies 8 and 9 opened and P3 the acceleration/deceleration switching position of the moving disc 2. All of the acceleration/deceleration points P0-P3 are stored into an RAM14 and in response to a die clamping command, a CPU12 drives a motor M at a low speed to shift the moving disc to the left accelerating it. When the moving disc 2 reaches the point P3 by a signal from a position detector PC, the motor M is changed to a high speed driving. Then, when the moving disc 2 reaches the point P1, the motor M is changed to the low speed driving and when it reaches the point P0, namely, origin, the servomotor M is stopped to complete the die clamping.
