PURPOSE:To efficiently prevent, or with a few energy consumption, the dew condensation from developing by a method wherein the temperature of the surface of products in warehouse or the like and the temperature and humidity of the outside air are measured, compared with each other and judged whether dehumidifying procedure is necessary or not and finally the dehumidifying procedure is performed, when necessary. CONSTITUTION:A temperature signal ST, a humidity signal SR are outputted from an outside air sensor 11 installed outside a warehouse or the like such as warehouses, factories, offices or the like and inputted to an arithmetic circuit 12 so as to output a signal corresponding to a dew point temperature based upon the memory data responding to the air diagram in order to compare it with a signal from the surface temperature sensor 14 of products or the like, at a comparator 13 and at the same time to output a signal given with an allowance by an allowed time setter 15. When the temperature of products is lower, a load 20 such as a dehumidifier, a ventilating fan, an air curtain and the like are put into actuation. Moreover, the provision of an AND circuit, which allows no actuation under the conditions that the surface temperature of products is not less than 35 deg.C and not more than 5 deg.C or the conditions under which no dew condensation develops, may be more effective.
