PURPOSE:To ensure oscillations up to a high frequency by connecting a distribution which has inductivity and eliminates the inter-electrode capacity between the collector and the emitter or between the drain and the source of a transistor to the place between the emitter or the source and an earth. CONSTITUTION:A transistor TRQ is used and a collector electrode is connected to an earth potential. An inductive impedance L is connected to a base electrode. The emitter and the base of the TRQ are connected with negative feedback via an inter-electrode capacity Cbe to attain the function of an oscillator. A distribution constant circuit S is connected between an emitter electrode and an earth potential. The circuit S is controlled so that the length (l) is inductive for a strip line having its open tip and provided to a substrate. The absolute value of the impedance of the circuit S is set so that the inter-electrode capacity Cce between the collector and the emitter of the TRQ is approximate to the absolute value of the impedance obtained by an oscillating frequency. Thus it is possible to ensure oscillations of the TRQ up to a high frequency area. |
