PURPOSE:To sort the produced recording paper sheets for each requester and to facilitate easy processing by providing a key input device at the side of plural readers, to feed the desired information excluding an original picture, and performing the recording work with a common recorder. CONSTITUTION:The desired information is supplied to a key input device 30 before originals are read by plural readers 1. This desired information also includes the printing conditions including the number of recording sheets, the size of the recording paper, the recording magnification, etc. In case a binding machine, a punching machine, a sorter, etc. are connected to the recorder, it is decided whether the prescribed processing should be carried out with those machines. Other necessary information include a fact whether the name of a requester, the date and recorded pictures should be handled in secret, and the time of delivery of the recorded sheets, the charge, etc. to the requester. These various kinds of information are sent to a recorder 2 together with the original pictures and recorded. Then the produced recorded paper sheets can be sorted and processed for each requester.
