PURPOSE:To attain positioning with high accuracy by providing a damper mechanism comprising a damper itself, a moving link plate and a stationary positioning plate between a moving plate and a stationary part so as to set a neutral position. CONSTITUTION:The moving plate 25 mounted with the objective lens 28 is supported with a slide bearing mechanism comprising a shaft 24 and a bearing sleeve 26, a damper mechanism comprising a damper 40, moving link plates 38a, 38b and stationary positioning plates 39a, 39b is provided between the moving plate 25 and the stationary part, and a positioning hole is provided respectively to each plate. In setting the damper mechanism, the moving link plates 38a, 38b have only to be connected to the moving plate 25 and the stationary positioning plates 39a, 39b have only to be fixed to the stationary part. Thus, a soft damper 40 is fixed easily and the neutral position of the moving plate is set with high accuracy.
