PURPOSE:To generate by rotating the rotor of a generator by the rotary force of an engine by mounting a rotary motion transmission on an axle and the rotational shaft of the generator by a simple operation. CONSTITUTION:When an engine is started, the rotary output of the engine is transmitted from an axle to an input rotational shaft. It is transmitted through a chain or the like to an output rotational shaft, and the rotation of the output shaft is transmitted by a unidirectional rotating mechanism provided on the inner periphery of the first rotational shaft containing recess to the first rotational shaft 65.
