PURPOSE:To attain the effective remote control to an automatic answering telephone set by controlling the working state of a message tape in response to the code output corresponding to a pushphone signal obtained after setting an identification signal. CONSTITUTION:A remote control signal code set previously for indication of the remote control is stored to an RAM32. While a call fed from an external telephone set is detected by a detection circuit 6. The circuit 6 receives a transmitted pushphone signal and produces a code signal corresponding to said pushphone signal. A comparison arithmetic part 33 compares the code outputted from the circuit 6 with a stored remote control signal code and outputs a signal when the coincidence is obtained from said comparison. Then the rewind, the rapid traverse and reproduction are carried out for a tape recording a message to a prescribed pushphone signal and the output fed from the circuit 6 after the part 33 is set. |
