PURPOSE:To transfer continuously a signal including updated data by providing a data producing means, an output data storage means, a data output means, a time count means and an output data limit means to store tentatively a signal produced in a prescribed time. CONSTITUTION:A data signal comprising an address and data generated by a data producing means 10 is stored in a prescribed address in an output data storage means 11. The output of a data output means 17 is started by a signal of an address range designated by an output data limit means 16 and a signal representing number of the 1st address and data designating the address range depending on the interruption start signal from an interruption start means 13 and is finished by using an interruption release signal from an interruption release means 15. An interruption request means 18 sets each interruption request signal to an optional or some receivers among plural connected receivers at the same time when a signal is outputted from the means 17.
