PURPOSE:To raise product yield of the titled nozzle as well as avoid the unevenness of jetting characteristics by bonding and fixing plural parts to be attached to the head body through a brazer adhered to each face to be bonded from the same direction. CONSTITUTION:Brazers 13a-13b having different melting points are adhered to each face to be bonded of a passive vibration plate 3, an ink nozzle plate 5, and an air nozzle plate 7 which are laminated and bonded from the same direction to the head body 12. Also, brazers 14a-14c (whose melting points are different in the order of 13a=14a=14b=14c>13b>13c) are adhered to the face to be bonded of the head body 12. The heating process from a temperature at which the brazer having maximum melting point is melted to a temperature at which the brazers having low melting points are orderly melted is repeated and each part to be bonded is bonded and fixed to the head body. |
