PURPOSE:To obtain titled composition having long-term effect on preventing marine organisms from attachment to shiphulls, marine constructions, etc., by incorporating preservative, antifungus agent, antibiotic, etc. in a water-repellent organic matter comprising RTV silicone rubber and silicone resin such as silicone varnish. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition can be obtained by incorporating (A) a water-repellent organic matter comprising (i) room temperature-curable silicone rubber or at least one sort of silicone resin belonging to silicone varnish and, if necessary, (ii) natural- or synthetic wax, paraffin, fatty oil and/or silicone oil with (B) 0.1-15wt% on a coating composition solid basis, of matter comprising preservative, antifungus agent, antibiotic and/or bactericide.
