PURPOSE:To enable adjustment of the length of length and width sizes of apertures with a simple construction with a titled device which positions a nozzle having a slit aperture to face the aperture hole of a mask above the same by delineating and forming said aperture of a stopper body. CONSTITUTION:A nozzle device 20 is mainly formed of a box-shaped nozzle 22 having a slit aperture 21 and a resin stopper body 24 which is engaged with said nozzle and can freely delineate and form further the aperture 21 to plural nozzle apertures 23a-23c. The stopper body 24 is formed of plural blocks 29- 32 which seal a part of the aperture 21 and are, for example, connected to a slide piece engaging with a slide groove lower than an anode plate 13 on the inside of the long side wall along the longitudinal direction A of the nozzle 22. The apertures 23a-23c having prescribed sizes are thereby delineated and formed respectively in the positions corresponding to the mask aperture holes of a mask plate in the aperture 21 and the plating liquid can be injected respectively independently through each of the apertures. When the kind of the material to be plated changes, the stopper body meeting such kind is simply intervened into the nozzle.
