PURPOSE:The titled concentrator is of such a structure that the air is cooled down by passing through a wetted filter, before being sent into the heat exchanger for cooling the air containing concentrated air, thus reducing the air volume necessary for cooling to lower the flow rate of suction fan and noise. CONSTITUTION:Suction fan 6 is used to pass the air through the module of selectively oxygen-permeating membrane 5 and the resultant air containing concentrated oxygen is sucked with the vacuum pump 7 into the heat exchanger 4 where the concentrated air is cooled down with the sucked air to condense water, which is separated with the water separator 3. The condensed water is sprayed on the supercooling pipe 16 in the heat exchanger 4 to increase the cooling efficiency. The concentrated air free from moisture is passed through filter 8, membrane filter 9, flow-controlling valve 10, flow meter 11 and so on and taken out of the outlet 12. At this time, a high-humectant filter 15 is set in the position where the air passes through and the heat exchanger 4 follows and the filter is wetted with the a part of the condensed water to cool down the air with the vaporization heat to increase the cooling power and contrive to reduce the amount of the air needed for cooling.
