PURPOSE:To provide weak-flammable titled coating of high stability, excellent in performance of the coating film therefrom, free from any regulation as a hazardous material under the Fire Services Act, comprising specific acrylic resin aqueous dispersion as vehicle, water-soluble organic solvent, pigment and propellant. CONSTITUTION:The objective coating comprising (A) 100pts.wt. of a component consisting of (a) 5-30wt% of an acrylic resin aqueous dispersion as vehicle prepared by dispersing in water a resin solution derived from polymerization, in a water-soluble organic solvent solution, between (i) 1-15wt% of hydrophilic monomer having in one molecule, one polymerizable vinyl group and polyoxyethylene chain of a molecular weight 1,500-15,000 with its terminal group being H and/or 1-4C alkyl and (ii) another vinyl monomer, (b) <=30wt% of water as a solvent, (c) <=40wt% of water-soluble organic solvent and (d) 30-70wt% of a propellant and (B) 0.1-25pts.wt. of a pigment.
