CONSTITUTION:The Al alloy skin materials having the compsn. contg. 0.01- 0.1% In and 0.01-0.3% Zn, contg. further 0.01-1% Mg according to need and consisting of the balance Al and unavoidable impurities are clad on both surfaces of an Al alloy core material having the compsn. contg. 0.1-1.5wt% Mn and 0.01-0.5% Zn, contg. further >=1 kind among 0.01-1% Mg, 0.01-0.2% Cu, 0.02-0.2% Zr and 0.02-0.3% Cr and consisting of the balance Al and unavoidable impurities, by which the Al alloy composite fin material for a heat exchanger having excellent high-temp. strength and sacrificial anode effect is obtd.
