PURPOSE:To obtain a gas removing device that when molding molten material passes through a gas removing groove the molten material can not flow into a roundabout route by a method wherein the temperature in the roundabout route is made lower than that in the gas removing groove. CONSTITUTION:An exhaust gas passage is provided from the gas removing passage 5 equipped on the circumference of a cavity 4 and the dividing surfaces of molds 1, 2 to the lower part of a gas removing device 3 through a gas removing groove 6. In the gas removing device 3, the lower surface of a valve head 7a is laid nearly at right angles to the gas removing groove 6 at its end, a valve 7 is provided so that it can move freely to the axial direction at the end of the gas removing groove 6 and a gas exhausting roundabout route or bypath is provided from the middle of the gas removing groove 6 through the side of the valve head 7a to the lateral and upper direction of the valve head 7a. A heating unit 36 is provided on the outer circumference or the mold and a cooling unit 37 is provided in the mold or the outer circumference of the roundabout route 8. |
