PURPOSE:To prevent erroneous function of igniter due to noise produced from starter current under cranking, by providing FF circuit to be reset by output signal from a signal generator set by D.C. source voltage and a timer circuit. CONSTITUTION:The igniter system is comprised of a signal generating coil 6 for producing a signal Vs in synchronization with an engine circuit, wave processing circuit 5 for processing the wave of output signal Vs, firing coil 3 for producing high voltage across the secondary coil upon conduction of power transistor 4 by the output signal from said circuit 5, etc. Furthermore, FF circuit 8 to be set through a trigger circuit 10 upon closing of source switch 2 while reset through a trigger circuit 11 by the wave processing voltage V1 and a timer circuit 12 are provided. Said timer circuit 12 is constructed such that the firing coil 3 is not energized during the interval from setting to resetting of FF circuit 8. |
