PURPOSE:To eliminate generation of oil smoke in die casting and to improve working environment, etc. by using the aq. release material to be coated on dies as a cooling medium and lubricating agent for the dies. CONSTITUTION:The periphery of dies in die casting is constituted into a closed circuit and an aq. material to be coated on the inside circumferential surface of the dies is used as a cooling medium for the dies. Even if a part of the aq. release material coated on the dies scatters or drops and intrudes into the aq. release material as a cooling medium, both materials are of the same kind and therefore there is no trouble at all. The aq. release material as the cooling medium is separated of the foreign matter intruded therein if necessary and is cyclically reused after cooling by heat-exchanging. While such aq. release material is used for the cooling medium of the dies, said material is effectively utilized as the lubricating agent and cooling medium for a die casting machine and a plunger. |
