PURPOSE:To prevent completely corrosion of a cathode chamber by providing an insertion pipe having an insulating characteristic into each of a nozzle for supplying liquid and nozzle for extracting formed liquid provided in the cathode chamber consisting of an iron or ferrous metallic base body and constituting the nozzles of Ni or Ni alloy. CONSTITUTION:A nozzle 2 for supplying liquid and a nozzle 2 for extracting formed liquid constituted of Ni or Ni alloy are provided in a cathode chamber 1 consisting of an iron or ferrous metallic base body of an electrolytic cell for an alkali chloride soln. An insertion pipe 8 consisting of a fluororesin or the like having an insulating characteristic is provided to each of said nozzles.
