PURPOSE:To provide a flux coater which can maintain horizontally the foam plane of a flux and coat uniformly the flux to parts by providing the 3rd regulating plate to the top end of the aperture of the 2nd regulating plate having the diverging top aperture so as to be positioned within the 2nd regulating plate at the prescribed angle with the 2nd regulating plate. CONSTITUTION:The 1st regulating plate 5 is provided in a trumpet shape having a narrowed top aperture to the top aperture part of a liquid feed pipe 4 provided in a flux tank 3. The 2nd regulating plate 10 is provided so as to expand the top aperture to the top aperture of the plate 5. The 3rd regulating plate 11 connected to the upper part of the plate 10 prevents outflow of flux foam when the amt. of the foam in the plate part 13 increases. The plate 10 is further attached freely turnably around a fulcrum 16 and if said plate is moved in an arrow (b) direction, the area of the flux foam meeting the size of the parts on which a flux 6 is to be coated is adjusted. The height of the flux foam is changed like top surfaces 17 and 17' by installing freely turnably the plate 10. |
