PURPOSE:To make minute joining of pressed products preventing forming of projections by emboss blanking some plane area in product side of minute joint of a pressed product and plane area exceeding the above-mentioned area in remaining side of the material. CONSTITUTION:In press working that blanks plural products 3 from the same material 12 by overtaking work, a minute joint part 8 is provided not to separate the products 3 from remaining material 12. The minute joint part 8 is formed letting it to eat into product 3 side by dimension A and to material side by dimension B, and A<B. Some plane area is emboss blanked to the product 3 side and plane area exceeding the plane area of the product 3 side is blanked to material 12 side simultaneously to the same depth by the same press die. Thus, some recess 11 are formed in the product 3 side, and removing work of projections and finishing work are made unnecessary. |
