PURPOSE:To enable laser working without moving a water to be worked by placing a reflection mirror in the coupling line of links, transmitting a laser beam on the central axis of the links and oscillating reflection mirrors according to the moving angles of the links. CONSTITUTION:Links 4 are vertically oscillatably pivoted to a rotary base 2 supported swivelably via a hollow swiveling shaft 3 to a base plate 1 and a device 5 for converging a laser beam L is oscillatably pivoted to the top end thereof. A pair of reflection mirrors 7, 8 are disposed at 45 deg. angle of inclination with respect to the axial center P on the axial 3 center P in the bases 1, 2 and reflection mirrors 12-14 are disposed respectively to the pivot part 9 at the oscillating root end of the links 4, the flexing pivot part 10 of said rings and the pivot part 11 at the oscillating root end of the device 5. The mirrors 12, 14 are respectively supported to the base 2 of the links 4 oscillatably along the links 4 and the device 5 at the angle of 1/2 the oscillating angles alpha, beta of the device 5 with respect to the links 4. The beam L is reflected in order of the mirrors 7, 8, 12- 14 and is made incident to the device 5. |
