PURPOSE:To exclude a rotary means and to attain stable operation by dividing a voice waveform with time, A/D converting the time-divided signal to use the digital signal as a data signal of a storage element, and using flock frequency to be time-divided as an address signal to write the address signal in the storage element. CONSTITUTION:A signal recorded at a micro-level is inputted to a slicer 9 (time division circuit) through a band pass filter 10, divided into ten parts at high frequency in an unaudible range e.g. and the divided signals are successively inputted to a CPU1 as data by a counter 7 through an A/D converter 8 and simultaneously used for controlling the addresses of the CPU1. The data obtained by said method are written in the storage device 3. At the time of reading, the counter 7 is stopped and the CPU1 is run, so that a voice is reproduced from a speaker 15 through an address bus 2, a data bus 5 and a D/A converter 13.
