PURPOSE:To obtain an amorphous head possible for accurate core butting by fixing tentatively an amorphous thin strip to a reinforced chip piece and inserting the strip to a slot of a bulk core block to prevent defect of attitude and deformation due to bent of the amorphous thin strip. CONSTITUTION:The amorphous thin strip 40 is fixed tentatively to a single crystal chip piece 41 while a part of the amorphous thin strip 40 to form a sub-assembly structure 42. Then cut slots 49, 44... having an equal height (h) of the chip piece 41 are provided to the bulk core block 43 with a prescribed interval to insert the sub-assembly structures 42, 42.... Thus, deficient attitude and bend due to deformation at mounting of the amorphous thin strip of the core are not caused by means of the reinforced chip piece in this amorphous head. |
