A transport container can be coupled to a hydraulic three-point linkage of an agricultural tractor. A pair of flat bars (17) which are connected by their lower end to a transverse wall of the container in an articulated fashion are provided on the container for coupling the upper linkage (upper link 24). The upper end of the flat bars serves for coupling the upper link (24). In the transport position, the two flat bars rest against the wall of the container, the latch (13) of the container engaging on a bolt (20) between the flat bars. In order to raise the latch, a lever is provided which is attached by its upper end to a sleeve which rotatably surrounds the bolt. The lever raises the latch when a pulling line which is attached to the lower end of the lever is pulled. <IMAGE>
