<p>The permanent waving agent containing one or a plurality of hair keratine reducing substances is brought, by means of consistency giving additives, to a consistency from viscous to creamy at room temperature, with a viscosity higher than 100 mPa x s. The consistency giving additives are selected so that the permanent wave forming agent presents, after heating to a temperature comprised between 25 and 42oC, a substantial viscosity loss higher than 60% with respect to the starting viscosity and to a value lower than 50 mPa x s, in other words it becomes fluid within said temperatures range.</p> |
